Filter bar
The Filter bar sits just above the grid. Use it to narrow what the grid shows.
Filter as you type
Section titled “Filter as you type”Click the Filter bar and start typing. The grid keeps only the Lines that match what you type and hides the rest.
This searches the Lines you can see. It does not change any data.
Add filter chips
Section titled “Add filter chips”A chip is a single condition on one column, like a language or a Line type.
- Click Add filter in the Filter bar.
- Pick a column.
- Pick or type a value.
The chip appears in the bar and the grid updates right away.
Combine chips
Section titled “Combine chips”Add more chips to stack conditions. A Line must match every chip to stay visible. This lets you drill down step by step.
Clear filters
Section titled “Clear filters”To remove one chip, click the x on it. To start over, clear the text and remove every chip. The grid shows everything again.
When you need more
Section titled “When you need more”- For powerful, exact conditions, use the query language.
- For a one-off lookup across the whole project, use the search overlay.
