Columns and profiles
Control which columns you see. Save a column layout as a profile, then switch profiles to flip between setups.
Show or hide a column
Section titled “Show or hide a column”Each column holds one kind of data, such as a Line name or a Translation.
- Right-click any column header.
- Tick the columns you want to see.
- Untick the columns you want to hide.
The grid updates as you go. Hidden columns are not deleted. They are only out of view.

- Set the columns the way you want.
- Open the profile menu.
- Click Save as profile and give it a name.
Your profiles save with your settings and follow you across machines.
Switch profiles

Use profiles to flip between setups. For example:
| Profile | Good for |
|---|---|
| One language | Focused translating in a single language |
| Many languages | Comparing several languages side by side |
