Auto-updates

Keep Poneglyph up to date so you always have the latest fixes and features.

How updates work

Poneglyph checks for a new version each time it launches. When one is ready, an Update button appears in the footer, in the bottom-right corner.

To install it:

1. Click Update. The download starts and shows a percentage.
2. Wait for it to finish. You can keep working while it downloads.
3. When you are ready, let the app restart on the new version.

You choose when to restart, so an update never interrupts your work.

Tip

After you update, the Release Notes panel shows what changed. See Release notes.

Turning updates off

Updates are automatic unless your studio turns them off. If you do not see an Update button and think you should, ask your Manager.

If an update fails

Click the same Update button again to retry the download.
