Invite people to your studio
Add people to your studio so they can sign in and start working. Only Managers can do this.
Send an invite
Section titled “Send an invite”- Open your studio’s People area.
- Click Invite.
- Enter the person’s email. A name is optional.
- Pick a role (see below).
- Click Send.
Choose the role when you invite someone. You can change it later.

| Writer | Edit translations. |
| Manager | Everything a Writer can do, plus create projects, install modules, and invite other people. |
What the invitee gets
Section titled “What the invitee gets”The person receives an email with a sign-in link. The link carries your Studio code and server URL, so they don’t fill those in by hand.
They click the link, set a password, and they’re in. See Sign in.
Manage access
Section titled “Manage access”From the People area you can:
- Resend an invite if the email was lost or expired.
- Set a temporary password if someone is locked out. Share it with them and have them change it after they sign in.
