Register a studio

Set up a new Studio so your team can sign in to Poneglyph.

Note

This page is for the person standing up a new Studio, usually a studio lead or IT. Most writers can skip it. If your Studio already exists, go to Sign in instead.

You register a Studio once, on the Poneglyph studio sign-up web page. After it is activated, you sign in, create your first project, and invite your team.

Fill in the sign-up form

Open the sign-up URL in your browser and complete the form.

Capture one shot per field group: studio name, Studio code, address, and founder email.

1. Enter your studio name. This is the full name people will recognize.
2. Choose a Studio code. Use a short, unique, lowercase id. Some names are reserved, so you may need a second choice. This code goes into every teammate’s sign-in link, so pick something stable that you won’t want to change later.
3. Enter your postal address, city, and country.
4. Enter the founder email. This becomes the first Manager account.
5. Click Submit.

Activate the studio

After you submit, open the founder email and click the verification link. This activates your Studio.

Caution

The Studio stays inactive until you click the verification link. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder before trying again.

Next steps

Once the Studio is active:

1. Sign in with the founder email.
2. Create your first project.
3. Invite your team.
