Common issues
Most problems have a quick fix. Find your symptom below and follow the steps.
Self-diagnose
Section titled “Self-diagnose”Can’t sign in
Section titled “Can’t sign in”Your invite link has most likely expired. Sign-in links don’t last forever.
- Ask your Manager to resend the invite link, or to set a temporary password for you.
- Make sure you opened the correct Studio link. Each link carries its own Studio code, so an old or wrong link sends you to the wrong place.

Update won’t install or is stuck
Section titled “Update won’t install or is stuck”- Click the Update button again to retry.
- Check that you have free disk space. Updates need room to unpack.
- Close and restart the app, then let it try again.

A project is missing
Section titled “A project is missing”- You may not be invited to that project yet. Ask your Manager to add you.
- You may have opened the wrong Studio. Check the Studio link you used.
Your changes aren’t showing for teammates
Section titled “Your changes aren’t showing for teammates”- Check the sync status in the status bar. It tells you whether your work has reached the server.
- Check your network connection. No connection means no sync.

Game-engine sync isn’t working
Section titled “Game-engine sync isn’t working”Engine sync needs a one-time manual setup today. It does not turn on by itself.

Sending a diagnostic report
Section titled “Sending a diagnostic report”If support asks for logs, package them in one click.
- Choose Help ▸ Generate Report.
- Send the saved file to your studio contact.
