If Poneglyph stops working, the crash reporter helps the team fix the problem.

When a crash happens

If Poneglyph crashes, a dialog appears. It offers to send a report so the team can find and fix the cause. Click Send Report to share it, or close the dialog to skip.

Send a report any time

You don’t have to wait for a crash. If something feels wrong, you can send a report whenever you like.

Open Help ▸ Generate Report.
Wait for the report to build.
Follow the prompt to send it.

The report helps the team see what happened on your machine.
